The Leonard at Logan provides you with the option to host business meeting or party in an upscale, turn of the century home. The property has been fully restored to provide you with all modern amenities, while every attention was given to preserving the historic character.

The home will accommodate the standard meeting of up to 35 people. At a more social gathering, where some of the guests will plan on moving around the house, parties of 100+ people are reasonable.

Sunday-Thursday Nights

$400 first five hours/$50 each additional Hour
Includes tables, chairs, and basic linens.

Includes use of the gourmet kitchen and entire main floor.

Friday-Saturday Nights

Up to 30 guests – $650
30-65 guests – $1,200
Over 65­­ guests — $1,800
Includes tables, chairs, and basic linens.

Includes use of the gourmet kitchen and entire main floor for up to 8 hours including set-up and take down and clean up ending no later than 11:00 pm.  Also includes one guest suite of your choice.
