This was our first time in a B&B. What a GREAT experience! The staff was super friendly and even offered up the gormet kitchen to us if we wanted to cook our own food for dinner! We went to GR for a concert and anniversary trip, I almost booked a hotel GLAD I DIDN’T! The price is extremely competitve and the rooms are huge, private, clean and spacious! We stayed in the Princess Cecile. The staff was nothing but curtious! I will 100% go back any time I’m staying close to or in Grand Rapids. The keyless entry to the house was fantastic as well…no worries about just anyone walking in. They did a spectacular job of restoring the house and giving it that “feel” while giving it the updates it needed to make it work in today’s lifestyle! two thumbs up.‎

Ok, listen up everyone…if you are going anywhere near GR for any reason this is the place to stay. My husband and I travel quite a bit and this is by far the best B&B we have stayed in. The people who own and run this house are young, up to date and know how to provide a great time and stay. The house has been restored beautifully and is not at all stuffy and old….if you are looking for a victorian cluttery and dusty place, this is not it. This home is gorgeous, state of the art, but in an “old fashioned” kind of way. All of the rooms are private, comfortable and inviting. The house as well as each room has it’s own code to enter…a great touch for privacy. The breakfast was awesome, there are little touches all over the house that make you feel welcome and not like you are staying at some strangers home. We will stay here everytime we are in the area and so should you! You will not be disappointed.

This lucky find is what makes traveling so contagious. My group of four (attending a conference in GR) were warmly welcomed by Mark and also attended to by Valerie. We could not have had a better time as the hospitality was outstanding (and educational!) These people have a wealth of information about history, architecture, Grand Rapids, local spots and how to make guests comfortable. The location and proximity to downtown was ideal. We simply wished our stay covered the weekend so that we could enjoy breakfast at the dining room table. Thanks Mark, for understanding what guests appreciate for their stay and what makes a longlasting experience.

I was the officiant at a wedding here on May 1st, 2010, and it was absolutely beautiful. The staff was very accommodating, and professional, and the site itself was absolutely perfect. I would highly recommend this site and location to anyone, and the B&B option seems first rate!

I recently toured and booked my May of 2011 wedding at the Leonard at Logan House and was absolutely amazed by the property. So often when traveling for leisure or work, the pictures posted online are nicer than what you actually get. This was not the case! This home is beautiful, well kept, and free of clutter. The bedrooms are unique and stunning. The staff is friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, and willing to help. If you’re thinking about having an event at this property, you must check out their gourmet kitchen…your caterer will love you! A major plus of this property is having the freedom to bring in your own caterer! I can’t say enough how much I recommend the Leonard at Logan House.
