Built in 1914, the Leonard at Logan House was constructed during a span of history known for social change, prosperity, and optimism. The home was energized by an influential Grand Rapids family, The Harry C. Leonards. The Leonards had the unique ability to keep in step with the inventiveness of their time. The home’s very design shows the Leonard family’s down-to-earth class and love for their guests.

Cancellation Policy:When booking more than 7 days out a deposit of 50% (including tax) is required to secure your reservation by credit card. A deposit of 100% is required for less than 7 days or single night stays.
Your deposit, minus a $20 processing fee per room, is refunded if cancellation is received 7 days prior to your arrival for guest rooms. If your cancellation is received less than 7 days before your arrival, you are responsible for all room charges or you can move it to a different date. No-shows are charged for full reservation.
For reservations of more than 7 days, 4-7 room bookings, or Full House bookings, the cancellation time period increases to a required 21-day notice with a $20 fee per room. If the cancellation occurs less than 21 days before your stay, you will be responsible for all the room charges or you can move it to a different date.
We reserve the right to cancel your reservation in exchange for a full refund.
