We are located on Logan Street in the middle of one of the largest urban historic districts in the country, the Heritage Hill neighborhood. The Leonard at Logan House was constructed in 1914 during a span of history known for social change, prosperity, and optimism. The home was energized by an influential Grand Rapids family, The Harry C. Leonards. The design of the home shows the Leonard family’s down-to-earth class and love for their guests. Whether in town for business or pleasure, a single night with us will exceed your expectations while filling you with fond memories.

We are located in the Heritage Hill historic neighborhood of Grand Rapids, Michigan. The urban-suburban mix of homes also features nearby restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and parks within walking distance.
Venues like the Van Andel Arena, 20 Monroe Live, Rosa Park Circle, John Ball Zoo, Grand Rapids Public Museum, Grand Rapids Art Museum, and so many more provide fun and entertainment for all ages.
The Leonard is a gem, beautifully restored for charm and comfort. The breakfast was delicious and lots of thoughtful extras made my stay a true pleasure.
