Yes, all our rooms have ensuite baths except for one but that one is exclusively for one room – Knight’s Quarters.

Our guests can park Logan St. right on the street in front of the house and along the side of the house on Morris St.

Being an historic home, we do not have an elevator. Six of our rooms are located on the second floor (Lady Ann, Princess Cecile, Sir Charles, Grand Duke, Baroness, and Baron) and two guest rooms on the third floor (Knight’s Quarters and King’s Keep).

Typically, during the week, the breakfast buffet runs from 8:30 to 10:00 am. On the weekends the buffet runs from 9:00 – 10:30 am. However, if a guest needs an earlier time, we will do everything we can to meet that need.

The front door facing Logan St. is how guests enter and leave the Bed and Breakfast. Upon arrival, please ring the doorbell and we will let you in. Once in you will be give a code that works on the front door and your room inside.

The entire first floor spaces and rooms are common and guests and freely be there. There is also a beautiful patio for guests to enjoy outside off the kitchen. That is nearly 3000 square feet of common space.

We absolutely cater to dietary needs. In fact, we pride ourselves in our ability to meet any guest’s dietary needs.

The Leonard at Logan House is located in one of the largest National Historic District neighborhoods in the country. Yes, this is a historic home built by Harry Leonard in 1914. The Leonard family were the manufacturers of the famous Leonard Cleanable Refrigerator.

Yes, the bathroom in the common space is actually located un the main stair and is surprisingly roomy. We call it the “Harry Potter bathroom”.

Check-in is between 3 and 6 pm and check-out is at 11:00 am. However, guests can request earlier check-in and we will honor that as best we can. We can also arrange for late check-in upon request.

Absolutely! Breakfast is always included with the stay. We are known in part because of our fabulous breakfast.

We provide free Wi-Fi access to all our guests. Our Wi-Fi is powered by optic fiber and is strong enough for use our guests might have.

Yes, you can walk the neighborhood and in fact, we provide a map with examples of a large variety of architecturally designed homes. Shopping and restaurants are also walkable.

We allow service dogs as well as emotional support pets as long as they are controlled and will not pose a problem for other guests.

No, we do not offer a hot tub or pool on site. We do have one guest room with a jetted tub – Princess Cecile.

We love groups here at the Leonard at Logan House and whole house rentals are certainly permitted.

This was the home of Harry Leonard and built in 1914. The Leonard family owned the Leonard Refrigerator Company in the 1800’s and into the 1900’s. They became the countries no. 1 manufacturer with their cleanable refrigerator innovation of the late 1800’s.

Heritage Hill is the name of the historic district of Grand Rapids. The homes in this district were built in 1800’s and early 1900’s and is the area where the wealthy of Grand Rapids lived during that time. Heritage Hill is also a National Historic Registry neighborhood.

The Meyer May House, a Frank Lloyd Wright build home, is located just a block from the B&B. In fact, you can see it from our front door. The Meyer May House is a museum open for free tours on most Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays.

There are several breweries within walking distance of the bed and breakfast. They include Brewery Vivant, The Grey Rabbit, Mammoth Distilling, and Our Brewing Company. These are around a half mile and there are more but these are the closest.

We love romantic getaways and many of our guests experience that very thing. We offer a romantic getaway package with rose pedals, flowers, lights, chocolates, and a bottle of sparkling grade juice.

There are numerous things to do while at the Leonard at Logan House. Grand Rapids is increasingly becoming a hot spot for activity options. Here are just a few. The concert sign is unbelievable with big name performers in town seemingly all the time. We have several amazing museums including the Gerald R. Ford Presidential Museum. The Frederick Meijer Gardens and Sculpture Park is probably the biggest draw for our guests as well as the newly opened Acrisure Amphitheater. Our digital concierge will provide many other options.
