Property Accessibility Statement
My property was built prior to 1992. Some of the property is accessible.
Parking & Loading
We do have limited parking behind the house which requires just two step ups to enter the house. However, the access driveway is shared with our neighbor and is quite tight to maneuver with more than two cars. Due to the house's location on a hill, guests must use a flight of exterior stairs to enter the house after parking in front of the building on Logan Street. This unavoidable feature is a result of the terrain.
Entrances & Lobby
All exterior doors are accessible and the first floor can be freely accessed by wheelchair.
Guest Rooms and Bathrooms
All our guest rooms are on the second or third floor. We do not have an elevator and the interior stairs are not accessible. There is an accessible bathroom, located in the kitchen on the main floor.
We encourage guests with specific accessibility needs to contact us in advance so we can provide more information and discuss available accommodations.
